Short-term Learning Mobility of Adult Learners – Croatia

The short-term learning mobility of adult learners was carried out in Osijek, Croatia, in cooperation with EDURA. The activity was originally planned to take place in Poland and was implemented in Croatia within the approved project framework. The mobility served to strengthen participants’ digital competences, sustainability awareness and intercultural learning within the framework of adult education.
The working programme (19.01.2026 – 28.01.2026) included:
structured learning sessions on sustainability-related topics;
workshops focusing on digital tools supporting environmental awareness;
study visits to local educational and community initiatives;
group-based practical activities addressing green practices in everyday contexts.
Selection Procedure
The mobility involved exclusively adult learners formally registered in the non-formal education programmes of InnovEdu Nexus Institut e.V. Participation was limited to learners enrolled in the organisation’s ongoing educational activities at the time of selection.
Participants were selected through an internal selection procedure in accordance with the project objectives and Erasmus+ eligibility requirements. The selection process was based on predefined criteria, documented internally and applied consistently.
Eligibility criteria included:
formal registration in the organisation’s non-formal education programmes;
active participation in ongoing learning activities;
demonstrated motivation to participate in the mobility;
relevance of the mobility to the learner’s individual learning pathway.
